40 weeks, 5 days and waiting. Jude himself was 8 days late. There have been moments these last few weeks where I felt I might explode, filled to capacity with baby! I mean. people do that, right? With a 9 month old? .

I love technology and using it to make the world a better, happier, more empowered place. I work mostly with the open-source platforms WordPress and Drupal and am a huge advocate for open-source technology. I empower my clients to manage their website content. I write and speak about web development and technology. I write regularly on my blog.

I am not a perfectionist. It took me many years and two children to learn this nugget of information. Now that I know, I truly live differently; more freely. I am not ultimately creative. Creating from scratch makes me stressed, headachey and grouchy. I am not a great chef or baker. I am only now learning to roast a chicken and bake chocolate chip cookies that will be eaten by actual humans. What kind of party are you having? Our something new.
